Francesca Capuano is a lawyer by profession, who got her law degree in 2010 from “la sapienza” university of Rome with a thesis about tax legislation entitled “rights and guarantees of the taxpayer subject to tax inspection”

At the end of her studies, in 2011, she has joined the “d’orsi” law firm and has carried out the legal apprenticeship acquiring experience about maritime law, insurance law, transport law and focusing particularly on nautical and on Art Insurance and claims relating to exhibit policies

During the training contract period, lawyer Capuano attended the legal apprenticeship school at Velletri bar association
Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in 2014, she is registered to the Roman Bar association.

Lawyer Capuano is a commercial and civil mediator since 2015
Her professional skills also include issues related to family law and sports law, with particular reference to the defence activity during the trial in front of Sport’s courts, mostly in basketball’s sector.
